1. What is the waiting time for purchases?

SOFAS – Approx 4 weeeks.
SOFA BEDS - Approx 2-3 weeks.
CANE FURNITURE - Approx 4 weeks
BEDS - Many are regularly in stock, whilst most others can be available within 7 days.

 

2. How can I pay for my purchases?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or debit/credit card.

 

3. May I just leave a deposit on purchases?

Yes, although goods can be paid for in full on delivery.

 

4. Do you have a credit facility?

Yes, credit can be arranged via The Bed & Pine Furniture Store, Hartlepool.

 

5. Do you offer interest free credit?

Yes, 12 months interest free credit is available, please contact us for details

 

6. Can I pay the van driver on delivery?

Yes, although van drivers will not have the facility to accept payment by debit/credit card.

 

7. May I ask for a morning/afternoon delivery?

Yes, every effort will be made to be as specific as possible to meet customer requirements.
